Brain cancer

There are several types of brain tumors, with different degrees of malignancy and mortality, the most frequent types being the most aggressive, such as anaplastic astrocytoma and glioblastoma multiforme, with the result that short-term survival rates for these types of cancer are low.

LifEscozul™ - Brain cancer

They can appear at any age of life, although they are rare during childhood and have two stages in which they occur more frequently: between 20 and 29 years and between 50 and 60 years. The most commonly used conventional treatment is surgery, with a high risk, followed by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The treatment options and effectiveness for patients with recurrent brain cancer are mostly aimed at keeping the disease under control for as long as possible and relieving symptoms.

Escozul™ can be administered in conjunction with any conventional treatment. Escozul™ is intended to work not only on the cancer but also on the patient's quality of life. Its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects help to improve the quality of life in about 65 to 75% of the patients treated. Through its antitumor effect, depending on the stage, one of the following results is expected: to be able to slow down the progression of the disease, to stop tumor growth, to reduce the size of lesions or to eliminate tumor lesions.

It is important to point out that Escozul™ is not considered a cure for cancer, it is a natural medicine that converts this deadly disease into a controlled chronic one, also offering quality of life.

Results in different cases

Glioblastoma multiforme brain cancer. Patient: N.C.R. Age: 52

Patient diagnosed with Glioblastoma multiforme operated is free of the disease one year after diagnosis.

N.C.R. is a 52-year-old patient, who came to us in August 2017 with a diagnosis of Glioblastoma multiforme, which is a very aggressive WHO Grade IV type of brain tumor. The tumor had been operated on and the patient had received radiation therapy to the operated area. This is a type of cancer that even after surgery usually recurs in a short time, the survival time in cases of glioblastoma multiforme is 12 to 14 months after surgery.

Brain cancer Oligondendroglioma Patient: Claudia Age: 28 years old

Patient with oligodendroglioma operated with residual lesion manages to eliminate lesion after 7 months of using escozul in conjunction with conventional treatments.

Claudia is a very young patient, only 28 years old, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the end of 2015, was operated and later in MRI was detected residual tumorization. She came to us in March 2016 looking for other treatment options to improve her prospects outcomes and survival.

Case summary:

We share today the case of a 28 year old female patient who came to us in of March 2016, with a diagnosis of operated brain cancer with residual tumor. When we received the medical documentation we were able to ascertain that it was a grade II Oligodendroglioma (diffuse glioma type astrocytoma grade II) with residual or recurrent lesion detected in March/2016, with local compressive effect.

Claudia presented with headache and seizure episodes on the left side of the face.

Once the case was analyzed by our specialists we informed the patient about what they could expect with Escozul™ and the possibilities of achieving good results.

Each dose of Escozul™ is personalized, specific to the type of tumor and its aggressiveness. These doses can change over time according to the results observed in the patient. This requires an effective communication between the patient and our medical team to allow us to make the appropriate recommendations on different aspects. If the patient or family members do not maintain fluid communication with us, then the results with Escozul™ will not be as expected.

Claudia started treatment with Escozul™ at the end of March 2016. In April she started radiotherapy and temozolamide.

Current results:

Claudia started treatment with Escozul™ at the end of March 2016 and in April she started radiotherapy and temozolamide.

In October 2016 we received an MRI comparing the results with those of March 2016. At that time there was no longer presence of residual lesion.

We continued with Escozul™ treatment to maintain these results and avoid new tumor growth.

We continued with Escozul™ treatment to maintain these results and avoid new tumor growth.

As of June 2017, a new MRI shows no residual lesion or tumor involvement in any area of the brain.

At this time Claudia is no longer on treatment with Escozul™, as 6 months have passed since the first cancer-free examination and we remain only on surveillance.

In this case, together with the use of radiotherapy and temozolamide, we have been able to eliminate the residual brain lesion, eliminating the symptoms so that Claudia can have a normal life and improving her prospects of survival.

As we always say, it is important to point out that it is not possible to generalize any result with Escozul™ to avoid creating false expectations in people, Escozul™ does not work miracles. Only working together and constant communication allow to keep the doses of Escozul™ personalized and functional against tumors.

It is also important to say that all the medical information of the case is available for consultation, as well as the contact with the medical counterpart of both the oncologist who attended the case and our specialists. We believe in transparency in dealing with our patients and the right to form an opinion based on information and analysis.

If you wish to be treated under the Escozul™ Protocol, you should know the following: Escozul™ is a product that we are still investigating, including its other properties such as analgesic and anti-inflammatory, therefore it is not a commercial product, that is, it cannot be sold. Each case that wishes to enter our protocol must be evaluated and approved because Escozul™ is not effective in all types of tumors. Once approved, the patient and his family members must commit to maintain a fluid contact with our medical team.

To enter the protocol you must send us an email to: servicios@lifescozulcuba.com indicating the patient's age, the type of cancer and the patient's physical and emotional state. This is the first step, and a specialist will take charge of the case. Our response time is an hour or two because each case is answered personally, not automatically. The idea is that the communication we establish is always governed by a professional and humane treatment.

Brain cancer Astrocytoma Grade III Patient: Lenin Age: 47 Country: Ecuador.

Symptoms indicated that the patient presented with severe headaches, insomnia, dizziness, mild respiratory distress and problems with speech.

Case summary:

Initial diagnosis: Astrocytoma Grade III brain cancer.

His wife wrote to us, seeking an alternative treatment option for his wife that could help her cope with this disease.

Malignant brain tumors, depending on the histological type and how aggressive they are, can have a very poor prognosis for both the patient's life and daily activities. Today we bring a case of a Grade III Anaplastic Astrocytoma, which is an invasive tumor, with a poor prognosis for life and that can evolve into an even more aggressive type of tumor (grade IV). The average survival time for this type of tumor is about 18 to 24 months from the date of diagnosis.

In February 2015, a little over 1 year ago, we received the case of patient Lenin, 47 years old. We were written to by his wife, seeking an alternative treatment option for his wife that could help her cope with this disease.

We received the documentation and proceeded with the assessment of the case determining that it was a Grade III left parietal anaplastic anaplastic Astrocytoma, operated on in July 2014, having been treated with radiotherapy between November and January 2015, and temozolamide.

Symptoms indicated that the patient presented with severe headaches, insomnia, dizziness, mild respiratory distress and problems with speech.

The patient was proceeded to be informed about what to expect with Escozul™ and treatment was started in March 2015.

It is important to say that Escozul™ is a natural product that has been shown to have the ability to eliminate tumor cells, without this meaning that it is a cure for cancer. Its ability to inhibit malignant cell growth allows it to be used as a disease controller and the focus of the work is done so that the patient can live with his disease with the least possible impact on his daily routine.

Evolution, follow-up and current results:

During the time of treatment, through Lenin's wife, we have been able to maintain a fluid contact that has allowed us to adjust the doses progressively depending on the results that were being observed.

A month and a half into the treatment we received an update on the symptoms, indicating that the severe headache had disappeared and that he had improved his speech.

After three months of treatment Lenin continued to improve in terms of symptoms, still with dizziness, but with better articulation of words, milder and sporadic pain and with greater ease of breathing.

At 4 months of treatment, in July, the patient continued to be stable, presenting dizziness only sporadically.

By September 2015, the patient was still doing well, with no change in his condition. For our part, we continued with a progressive increase in the concentration of the dose every three months, seeking to maintain and improve results, also knowing the aggressive nature of this type of tumor.

In the following report of November 2015 there was no change in Lenin's situation, the wife commented that he was fine with no symptoms.

By December Lenin was well, again without symptoms or loss of function, at that time the wife told us that the oncologist in charge of the case in her country was aware that he was taking Escozul™ and had recommended to continue due to the good evolution of Lenin.

We had the next case report in March 2016, one year after starting Escozul™. Lenin has continued to do well, showing no symptoms of disease progression, 1 year and 7 months after his diagnosis.

At the end of March we finally received the result of the MRI, to know after one year of treatment, how Lenin was really doing. The results of the MRI were astonishing even for the oncologist, according to the patient's wife. The examination showed no presence of tumor activity in the brain, no recurrences, no tumor masses, no signs of cancer presence.

In February 2017, almost two years into treatment with Escozul™ and at this time, as described by his wife, he is doing very well. His speech has improved and he is better understood when communicating; he is also in very good spirits.

The family is happy for Lenin's recovery and the doctor recommended that he should not stop taking Escozul™.

In a case like this, of an aggressive brain tumor with a poor prognosis, the fact that the tumor has disappeared and the patient is in good physical condition, is an excellent result and difficult to see in cases like this.

Lenin continues the treatment with Escozul™ with the support of his family and the follow-up of our team, maintaining a system of progressive increase of the doses, which allows to obtain the best possible results, in spite of the advanced stage of the case.

As we always say, it is important to point out that it is not possible to generalize any result with Escozul™ to avoid creating false expectations in people, Escozul™ does not work miracles. Only by working together and constant communication, it is possible to keep the doses of Escozul™ personalized and functional against tumors.

It is also important to say that all the medical information of the case is available for consultation, as well as the contact with the medical counterpart of both the oncologist who attended the case and our specialists. Brain cancer glioblastoma multiforme Patient: Mariana Age: 63 Country: Bulgaria.

Initially diagnosed with an anaplastic astrocytoma grade III.

Case summary:

Mariana is a 63-year-old patient, initially diagnosed with a grade III anaplastic astrocytoma. She had undergone surgery for tumor removal.

In her medical documents we could observe that the patient presented an astroglial tumor, in the left frontal hemisphere, compatible with glioblastoma multiforme (WHO Grade IV) according to biopsy results.

In terms of symptoms, Mariana presented hand tremor, depression and speech difficulty.

The survival prognosis for this type of tumor is 12 to 14 months after diagnosis.

The result of the evaluation and Mariana's possibilities of achieving good results with the use of Escozul™ were explained to the family. The dosage was prepared according to the patient's condition.

Mariana started treatment with Escozul™ in March 2016, she was pending to start radio and chemotherapy, as part of the standard protocol of conventional treatment for this type of tumors.

Current results:

During the treatment time Mariana's physical condition has been improving little by little, she has suffered some affectations from the radio and chemotherapy, but she has been able to stabilize in a short time, with good tolerance.

After 6 months of treatment, Mariana is physically well without presenting the symptoms referred to when she came to us.

According to the last MRI performed, there is a comparative reduction in the volume of the tumor formation and perifocal cerebral edema.

Although the tumor has not disappeared, the reduction of both the tumor and the edema, make the symptoms improve, or in this case disappear and she can enjoy life with her family.

The dose increase has been maintained according to the work protocol with Escozul™, seeking to improve these results.

We hope that the results will continue to improve in future controls and that we can definitively change the initial prognosis of life given to Mariana.

As we always say, it is important to point out that it is not possible to generalize any result with Escozul™ to avoid creating false expectations in people, Escozul™ does not work miracles. Only working together and constant communication allow to keep the doses of Escozul™ personalized and functional against tumors.

Brain Cancer Patient: Initials: R.A. (name is not shared because it is a minor) Age: 3 years old

Patient with brain stem tumor achieves total regression of symptoms.

Case Summary:

Initial Diagnosis:

Brain cancer, high-grade glioma in brain stem, with cranial nerve involvement.

Initial symptoms:

  • Occasional headache
  • Loss of balance
  • Loss of motor skills
  • Loss of strength on the right side

Treatments:

Started Escozul™ in mid-April 2015, in conjunction with radiation therapy. She was on corticosteroid treatment.

It is important to remember that Escozul™ is a natural product that has the ability to eliminate tumor cells, without meaning that it is a cure for cancer. Its ability to inhibit malignant cell growth allows it to be used as a disease controller and the focus of work is done seeking that the patient can live with his disease with the least possible affectation to his daily routine.

Evolution and current results:

Four months after the start of treatment, the patient's family reports that the child is doing very well, that he tolerated the radiotherapy well and that he is normal, without any sign of the disease, neither motor nor cognitive. He is living a practically normal life.

We are waiting for the new analyses that show the improvement that the patient presents at a physical level.

The total regression of symptoms in this type of cancer, points to a significant decrease of the tumor and translates into a better quality of life and prospects of survival.

It is important to point out that it is not possible to generalize any result with Escozul™ in order to avoid creating false expectations in people. Each case we receive is analyzed in order to inform the family what to expect. Each person is a completely different universe, even if they have the same disease. The

Brain cancer: medulloblastoma Patient: Alvaro Age: 29 years old

Alvaro is a very young patient, 29 years old, who was diagnosed with a medulloblastoma in the cerebellum.

Case summary:

This type of cancer is very common in children, as it is a tumor that originates in fetal cells remaining in the brain after birth; in adults, it represents only 1% of primary tumors. Alvaro came to us after having undergone surgery, he had received radio and chemo, and due to the location of the tumor, he was in a state of total dependence to perform any function.

As always, we received the medical documentation of the case to be evaluated. Our team was able to confirm that it was a medulloblastoma in the posterior fossa, which had been operated with partial resection, leaving a residual tumor nodule. There was also inflammation in the affected area.

As for symptoms, he presented occasional headache, he had a gastrostomy to receive food due to the impossibility of swallowing, he did not speak, did not walk, and could not look after himself, although he remained conscious and could communicate by signs.

We explained to the family the results of the evaluation and the possibilities of achieving good results with the use of Escozul™ and what these could be. In this particular case we also told them about the possible evolution of the neurological sequelae following tumor resection. We proceeded to prepare the dose according to the patient's condition.

Alvaro started treatment with Escozul™ in November 2015; he had finished the radiations and was in physical therapy for recovery of functions.

Evolution and Current Results:

Alvaro's physical condition following tumor resection has always been complicated, most of his symptoms are related to the loss of functions that are controlled by the part of the brain where the tumor appeared and from where he was operated. It is a very difficult case for the family, since not all functions are recoverable and it is always hard to see a loved one in this condition. Escozul™ does not help to recover these functions, our work can only go as far as controlling or reducing the residual tumor, pain and inflammation and combating possible recurrences of the cancer.

Throughout this year, Alvaro has kept taking Escozul™, with dose increases every 3 months. He has also been undergoing constant physical and neurological therapies in an effort to recover some of his lost functions.

By May, he had begun oral feeding, with a soft diet.

At the end of September 2016, he had a new brain MRI, in which there is no evidence of residual tumor or any indication of cancer in the brain.

The results in Alvaro's case are very good with respect to the cancer situation itself, as the residual tumor left after surgery has been successfully removed. No inflammation is described in the brain and a hemorrhagic lesion remains, albeit very small.

On the other hand and unfortunately, Alvaro has not yet been able to recover lost functions such as walking and speaking, although he is still undergoing therapies. It is a slow process in which we hope he can improve with the passage of time.

As we always say, it is important to point out that it is not possible to generalize any results with Escozul™ to avoid creating false expectations in people, Escozul™ does not work miracles. Only working together and constant communication allow to keep the doses of Escozul™ personalized and functional against tumors.

It is also important to say that all the medical information of the case is available for consultation, as well as the contact with the medical counterpart of both the oncologist who attended the case and our specialists. Brain Cancer Patient: Romina Age: 36 years Country: Argentina

Diffuse astrocytoma grade II Patient with brain tumor without tumor growth after 3 years being treated with Escozul™.

Case Summary:

Initial Diagnosis:

Brain tumor: diffuse astrocytoma grade II, excised from right frontal lobe, tumor remnant in brain stem.

Initial symptoms:

Anemia.

Treatments:

Started on Escozul™ in April 2014. Patient had undergone surgery in March 2014. Started with radiotherapy in July and subsequently chemotherapy.

In June the patient underwent a new biopsy where it was determined that the tumor remnant corresponded with a low grade mixed glioma.

The patient has never presented any negative symptoms with respect to taking the medication. She has remained in good physical and mental condition, with no impairment in her daily activities.

One year after starting treatment with Escozul™, a brain MRI showed that there was no tumor growth, i.e. the tumor remnant that remained after surgery had not increased in size.

In August 2015, in a new MRI scan it was observed that there had been no changes, and that it was not possible to detect whether the tumor remnant was part of the tumor or scar tissue due to the surgery.

The next check-up performed in February 2016, shows once again, that there are no changes in the results obtained, nor symptoms of tumor recurrence.

The MRI dated April 2017, indicates that the disease is stable, with no new tumor appearances, nor changes in the brain tissue, evidencing new lesion appearance or growth. Romina continues to lead a normal life.

In a new MRI in October 2017, again there are no changes and it is considered that according to the behavior that the disease has had in the last check-ups, the disease is inactive, so Rosina will finish the current cycle of Escozul™, and will remain only in periodic controls.

At this moment the patient continues with the consumption of Escozul™, without other treatments, in medical control every 6 months.

In this case, the patient has been able to maintain a good quality of life and keep the disease under control, with a decrease in the aggressiveness of the tumor and results that indicate its inactivity, which are very important results in this case, given the type of initial tumor that generally tends to evolve towards more aggressive tumors.

It is important to note that it is not possible to generalize any results with Escozul™ in order to avoid creating false expectations in people. Each case we receive is analyzed in order to inform the family what to expect. Each person is a completely different universe, even if they have the same disease. Brain Cancer Patient: Isabella Age: 5 years Country: USA

Brain cancer: infiltrating glioma with involvement of optic nerves, optic chiasm, globus pallidus, upper thalamus, cerebral peduncles.

Case summary:

Brain cancer: infiltrating glioma with involvement of optic nerves, optic chiasm, globus pallidus, upper thalamus, cerebral peduncles and medial temporal lobes. Survival expectancy of 3 months in March 2011. Diagnosed at 5 months after birth.

Treatments received:

Started on Escozul™ in May 2011, at 7 months old. Conventional medicine did not give her any treatment options and the doctors sent her home.

It is important to remember that Escozul™ is a natural product that has the ability to eliminate tumor cells, without meaning that it is a cure for cancer. Its ability to inhibit malignant cell growth allows it to be used as a disease controller and the focus of work is done looking for the patient to be able to live with their disease with the least possible affectation to their daily routine.

Current Results:

The first significant result was that Isabella exceeded the initial time she had been given for survival and continued her normal growth. As time passed, she was able to begin to perform normal activities for her age associated with psychomotor development.

She continued to be followed up with no symptoms of disease progression. In June 2015 the MRI showed a marked decrease in lesions compared to 2011.

Isabella is now attending school and leads a virtually normal life. Her disease is only evidenced by some strabismus in her eyesight as a result of the affectation at the level of the optic structures.

The results in this case with the application of Escozul™ are very good, it has been possible not only to keep Isabella alive, but also to reduce the disease and allow her to lead a normal life. She has been treated with Escozul™ alone for almost 5 years!

It is important to note that it is not possible to generalize any results with Escozul™ to avoid creating false expectations in people. Each case we receive is analyzed in order to inform the family what to expect.

Brain Cancer Patient: Cristina Age: 33 Country: USA.

Symptoms indicated that the patient presented with severe headaches, insomnia, dizziness, mild respiratory distress and speech problems.

Case summary:

Brain cancer: grade IV glioblastoma multiforme.

Upon receiving this case we focused on working on quality of life as the prognosis was really bad to ambition anything else.

Treatments received:

Chemotherapy

Analysis of the case to determine dose and concentration of Escozul™.

The case is evaluated by analyzing the type of cancer, its stage, aggressiveness, treatments applied and response. The physical and psychological condition of the patient is also taken into account.

A copy of this evaluation is sent to the patient and his family.

She started Escozul™ in September 2014, the patient was in control every month to evaluate the evolution of the disease.

Escozul™ has the ability to selectively eliminate cancer cells without affecting healthy cells, which leads to tumor growth control and even tumor shrinkage, in addition to helping to improve the patient's quality of life. It acts on many types of cancer, with better results in solid tumors, the effectiveness depends on the type of cancer and the degree of disease progression. link to the article

Current Results:

As of January 2015, after 4 months of treatment, these are the main results:

  1. According to monthly MRI, the tumor is stable, it did not grow any more.
  2. According to PET to determine the degree of tumor activity, the tumor is inactive.
  3. Minimal headaches are present
  4. The patient is living a life, she has quality of life.

In Cristina's words: This tumor was supposed to attack and end my life in a short period of time, I took the most appropriate decisions in my opinion, among them escozul, in fact it was the first thing I started to take since I was detected with this horrible tumor with little chance of life for those who have it. I was promised quality of life above all else and I got it ..... I do my life practically normal, the headaches are minimal when they were supposed to be unbearable and have me almost lying in bed and I even go to the gym ... And also began to happen the unexpected the "miraculous", began to dry up and today is in an inactive state!!!!!!! Without lowering my guard of course, I continue to fight but I know that there is little left and with a lot of faith, good humor and this product which I still call miraculous !!!!

Summary

Glioblastomas are usually tumors with a very poor prognosis, with a low hope of survival. In this case it has been possible to stabilize and inactivate the tumor, so that it does not continue to advance and does not affect the patient's quality of life, in addition to stopping the progression of the disease and extending the patient's life expectancy. The result is considered very positive. It should be emphasized that the contact between the patient and our medical team had a decisive influence in achieving these results, since it allowed adjustments to be made to the dose, which in turn had an impact on the disease.
